Shipping

Items will be shipped one to three days after payment is received, unless there is unusual circumstances. I will contact you in that event. It is strongly encouraged to purchase shipping insurance for purchases in case of problems with mail! Contact me for large international orders or any other questions.

Payment

When you buy an item you will be directed to the Paypal page to pay for your purchase. You can pay with your paypal account, or you can use a credit card or debit card securely on the site without registering for an account. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted. We are also now accepting RME (Revolution Money Exchange). There is a link on the bottom of shopping cart pages to order with RME. By the way, for a limited time they are giving away $25 as a sign on bonus. So sign on and get your ecaPants for free!

Returns

Please measure your baby to ensure a proper fit and a happy transaction! If your baby was measured prior to purchasing and you are still unhappy with the fit, you can return the product along with original measurements (waist, rise, and leg circumference) for a full refund or an exchange. Please contact EcaWare Baby before returning the item. Item must be returned 30 days from purchase. Item can only be worn once or twice. A picture demonstrating an ill fit would be appreciated and is recommended. Extensions may be granted for international orders. If you have any other problems or concerns, please let us know! We want happy customers!!! We try to refund shortly after product is returned, but please allow up to 30 days for large orders. Thanks!

Warranty

EcaWare Baby will repair your EcaPants for a full 6 months after purchase date if cared for as suggested in the 'care' or 'laundering' page. Free of charge we will repair stitching and snaps if anything should go wrong. For any other concerns, please contact us.

Privacy

We will never use any of the information you provide us with for anything other than fulfilling your order. We will never sell or give away your information to any third parties.
